Here are some photos of the 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment Memorial park in Bavaria, Germany. I was here early one very clear morning just before the sun rose.
In this place is also a plaque to the 37th Armored Regiment. The memorial is at the corner of a large lot. At the corner a wide sidewalk leads to the large memorial and the two small plaques. Behind the memorial, splayed out like fingers of a hand, are trees planted in rows, one for each of the soldiers lost, each with a small U.S. flag at its base.
